Once a year, our certified technicians will conduct a rigorous whole-home plumbing safety inspection, covering:
- Fixtures & Faucets: Checking for hidden leaks, corrosion, and proper water flow.
- Toilets: Dye-testing for silent leaks and inspecting internal flushing mechanisms.
- Valves & Main Shut-Off: Locating, tagging, and testing your emergency main water shut-off and individual fixture valves to ensure they work when you need them most.
- Cleanouts & Connections: Inspecting all accessible cleanouts and exposed water lines for integrity.
- Showers & Tubs: Inspecting drains, valves, and surrounds for potential water damage.
- Free Water Quality Test: We test your water for hardness and impurities to help you prevent future pipe and fixture scale damage.
- Water Heater Service: Your plan’s included annual sediment flush (for tanks) or professional de-scaling (for tankless) completed at no additional charge.
Billing & Renewal: The Bamboo Club is paid annually and automatically renews every 12 months to ensure uninterrupted coverage.
Refund Policy: Plan cancellations are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of purchase, subject to the following condition: If any discounts, complimentary camera inspections, waived service fees, or maintenance services were provided within those 30 days, the total retail value of those services will be deducted from your refund.
