Panda Cares: Supporting Those Who Support Us
When we founded The Plumbing Panda, we committed to disrupting our industry and elevating our community. We deeply believe that we are blessed to be a blessing. That’s why we are officially launching Paws for a Cause.
Every single month, we are opening our schedule and our inventory to completely donate a critical plumbing service to a local family or individual facing hard times. By combining Leslie’s heart for our community with Seth’s master craftsmanship, we are using our love for the trade to restore comfort and peace of mind to those who need it most. Because at the end of the day, our business isn’t just about pipes—it’s about people.
The program is built on the truth that our skills, our business, and our success are gifts. We do not build a profitable company just to accumulate success; we build it to be a conduit of grace. Because God has blessed our business and our hands, it is our joyful responsibility to pour those blessings back into our neighbors.
Every single month, The Plumbing Panda will select one local family, individual, or local non-profit facing hardship and donate a critical plumbing service—completely free of charge. Whether it’s replacing a failing water heater for a single parent, repairing a main line for a senior citizen on a fixed income, or upgrading fixtures for a local shelter, Seth and his team will deliver Precision work to restore safety, comfort, and dignity.

We believe that plumbing is a ministry of health, safety, and comfort. Paws for a Cause isn’t a marketing stunt; it is our faith in action. Leslie and Seth have been blessed with a combined 32 years of trade success, and this program is our way of giving thanks by serving those who need it most.
- Leslie’s Vision: Leveraging her 19 years of business and multi-trade leadership, Leslie ensures this program is organized, sustainable, and deeply impactful. She oversees the discreet, respectful selection process so that the families who need help the most are prioritized.
- Seth’s Mastery: As a Master Plumber, Seth ensures these gift jobs are treated with the exact same Precision and high standards as any high-paying project. We don’t cut corners when we are giving back; we bring our absolute best to honor the Worth
